Issued problem : "Device appears to be offline. restarting the device may fix the problem" Adobe Air

if you update your phone to android 4.3 and you're still using air 3.5, you'll see this problem.

"Device appears to be offline. Restarting the device may fix the problem."

stop shit. I have never seen RESTARTING fix the something.

the solution is below.

1) update your android sdk (update to recently version)

2) copy several files : aapt, adb, AdbWinApi, AdbWinUsbApi, dx

if your machine is osx, copy only : aapt, adb

the files location is
{SDK-directory}/build-tools/android-X.X/~
and
{SDK-directory}/platfom-tools/~
)

3) override to 'bin' directory in air sdk.
> {adobe air sdk directory}/X.X.X(your using version)/lib/android/bin/

4) retry debugging.

and your device will be detect correctly.

** CAUTION ** : but you must to use original files when deploy to release build.
